2004 Chaparral 260 Signature
NEW TRANSOM SHIELD and over $14,000 spent on engine and gearbox in August 2019. This 2004 Chaparral 260 Signature is a great day entertainer for the family to really enjoy the Broadwater and allows for up to five people to comfortably stay overnight. With its large bimini top and clear surrounds you have the option to entirely enclose the helm and cockpit or open up to enjoy the beautiful weather out on the water. The Stainless-steel gas BBQ that has had hardly any use is located on the duck board which has been recently fitted with Flexiteak which still has the teak look but is softer on the feet and no maintenance required. Walking onto the boat you have a table towards the stern with seating for up to four and further forward is more seating around your helm with a Raymarine A50 GPS. The boat is powered by a single 6.2 litre Mercruiser 350 MAG and with the combination of the bravo 3 leg with duo props and 300 horsepower this vessel comfortably cruises at 26 knots and is capable of reaching a top speed of 34 knots which is plenty for a boat this size. For overnight stays the Chaparral converts the seating in the bow into a double bed and the dining in the cockpit into a single berth, with the addition of the double bed below. The galley is located downstairs on the port side and contains your basics like an isotherm fridge with freezer inside, sink with hot and cold water, plenty of bench space and enough cupboard space to store all your dry food.
